Viewing EStratSight (EasyPc Strategy Dashboard)

This dashboard aims to show an organized view of strategy progress towards objectives.

Hover your cursor over the Log in icon, enter your credentials.

1. From the Top Navigation bar, select menu - Home Dashboard - View - your deault dashboard is displayed.

Dashboard displays the Strategic Pillar and Financial goals performance

2. Second from the top Navigation bar, select menu - Financial goals

This provides Revenue Streams baseline and Target for the year 2024

    * select menu - Financials_Historical

This displays the historical financial data for the past 3 years.

3.  3rd  from the Top Navigation bar, select menu - Strategic Pillars

This displays a form for your KPI, OGSM and KPI's.

4. 4th from the Top Navigation bar, select menu - KPI Summary.

This shows Performance of KPI summary, adding and editing button.

5. 5th from the Top Navigation bar, select menue - KPI Monthly

This page serves as a tracker for our KPI monthly performance, adding and editing button for performance data.

6. 6th from the Top Navigation bar, select menu- Guidelines

This will give an overview about the EStratSight dashboard, and guide on how to navigate/view the dashboard.
